This web site is designed for Seniors who are getting ready to sell their home. I am a Senior myself, with 33 years experience selling several thousand homes, and I have researched many resources that will be helpful to you.
1. Call me for an appointment to receive a market evaluation of what your home may sell for in today’s market. Today’s price may be totally different from two years ago or 5 years ago. We only compare against homes sold within the last 6 months.
2. I'll tell you what amount of money you will be able to net out. What you want—and what you need—have no relationship to each other. It is today’s market that determines price, not the condition of your home or the location of your home.
3. Next, we arrange for any repairs to be completed. I have resources to help you with all this. I work with organizers who can help you sort out, pack up, arrange for moving your car and furniture and help you donate or give the balance to family or charities. 4. Then we get the home on the market and proceed to get it "Sold". At every step of this process, I am there to assist your every need.
